I was a State Farm customer for many years with an agent out in VB. I had no issues with my policy but I made a switch to Allstate out of a different office location. A year ago I changed back to State Farm to an agent in Chesapeake for cost savings. because Allstate is not the least expensive out there, even when you bundle a lot of services., but the customer service at State Farm was horrible. There was always something up, some change, some issue, something they forgot to do and had to adjust. I want to pay for my insurance and feel confident that I have the coverage I need and want (decided by me not by what the company wants me to have so they can overcharge me for it) and not have a bunch of hassle and issues in the meantime.
