I’m not one to leave reviews, but I would give a 0 if I could. We had all of our insurance here for years. Car, home and business. As well as getting our taxes done. When we switched our insurance, simply just for finding a better deal for our big family, they completely cut us out it seems like. Attitude and no response on anything. The last three years have been hell. I have no idea what is going on. No phone calls or emails back whatsoever. The receptionist is the rudest woman I have ever met. I have gone in simply asking for a copy of something or just asking a question and I get the most attitude and no resolution every time. I don’t understand.

This is my car insurance place. I’d like to people there and they seem to treat me nice and help me as much as possible.

I dropped my Taxes off , ive been going their for over 4yrs now, this year 2023 taxes im still waiting for them to be Done, even though i signed for a extension. The service has been Excellent, eccept for this year. when i check.on my taxes the recp in the Account Dept was Rude, you will have to just wait for the phone call. . But over all i was fine and. Got my taxes late May. I wpuld Highly recommend. But get them.in Early...

My mom went into a nursing home and I needed to change her home owners insurance over to an unoccupied dwelling policy. We have been with Gilmore & Farrell for many years. Jean Walsh recommended a policy and quoted a new price that was triple, which I promptly accepted. A few months later 2 radiator water pipes exploded. We called G & F and filed a claim. Much to our surprise the policy does not cover water, it actually covers barely anything. I trusted this agency to advise me on coverage and I was under the impression that this was a great policy that would cover what we had for coverage previously. I am not an insurance agent and I rely on the experts to properly advise me, that is their job. They were fully aware of our situation and needs. Come to find out they fully acknowledged

I’ve been a customer with this agency for over 30 yrs and have always been extremely happy with their customer focused service! If there’s ever a question, Maureen has been my go-to person but everyone I’ve dealt with has been very kind, helpful and professional! I highly recommend this agency!
