I have used Albert B Allen Insurance Inc. for over 40 years. Always outstanding service. Brock and his staff are very helpful and always willing to help.

Every time I call a person answers the phone. You can always count on the staff to answer your questions. Brock & Jeanne have been there forever. They know every customer by name, and you are treated like family. There is something to be said about an agency that is always looking out for your best interest.

I have been with Albert Allen almost thirty years. They have always been so courteous and caring with our family. We have our homeowner’s, car and business insurance with them. Brock and Jeanne have always been there for me helping navigate through the stressful world of insurance. They are so kind and attentive to our needs, and I know I can turn to them in the times we need them. I mean this sincerely.

Unfortunately got into a car accident begining of August and was told all I had to do was fill out proper paper work and would get a check for time I missed off work. Filled out paperwork and talked to a representative on the phone and never did I ever get a check. Called on September to check up on the process and was told I would receive one and never did. They also were EXTREMELY unhelpful the whole process they did not lift one finger to do anything. I made all the phone calls had to drive there myself to give them documents they shouldve called the tow company ect to have mailed. They take your money and do nothing to help when you need them!

I had misunderstood the lady on the phone. Apologized and she rudely said maybe I’d have better luck somewhere else. Rude! I wasn’t hostile with this women! But be aware, terrible experience.
