Allstate is crap they will raise your insurance for no reason. My payment was around 328$ now its $491 no tickets no nothing it increased after 5 months every month till it finally stopped at $491. Literally have no tickets

Very thorough and friendly with a warm smiley face that goes a long way. With that said it makes you want to come back to a location just down the street that I am able to see a person not a voice on the phone.

Bill and his team are always a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and explain things in ways that make perfect sense.

Keeps on calling, twice in a row usually, doesn’t let it ring long enough for me to actually answer. I think they’re spamming for callbacks. Wouldn’t recommend this agent.
