Reps are worthless. They just redirect you to the primary insureing company even though the paperwork says to contact your rep when making a claim. They dont seem to want to help you when needed. Not very knowledgable of their policys and have to "get back to you". Purely for the primary company and are quick to put down a claim without looking into the situation. Dropping them cant get here soon enough.
