Would not recommend Erie Insurance for anyone. Was involved in one accident while we were in Florida in June. Went back to Florida for two months and received a letter stating that our policy was not going to be renewed. We are now trying to get insurance so we can get back home. My previous agent told me that Erie was very bad if you ever had any claims. Guess they were right!!!
Have had gesner ins. For years. Great rates. I just went thru my 1st car accident and everything was smooth and easy. I appreciate the kindness, compassion and quickness. Great agent.
Called for a Commercial quote and the woman on the phone just didn't understand common sense about old buildings in the area.And she wasn't friendly about it. Wouldn't recommend to anyone because of the hassle over the phone.
Would not recommend once you cancel your policy and try to come back they will not write you again I would recommend State farm or progressive
Great agency. Very organized, professional and easy to work with.
