MODERN COMMUNICATION, HELPFUL, PATIENT- 5 STARS ALL DAY. A knowledgeable and genuinely helpful human being answers the phone. Text, email or call their office and always a quick response, and it sounds crazy…but that’s never changed over the years. Jeff and his wonderful team have had our everything (home, auto, boat, etc) business for several years. My adult kids now have them for theirs! Nina, Debbie and Rosetta helped them get the coverage they need for their different budgets, it was well balanced! Love talking with these ladies and I VALUE that small town feel at this company. I’m sick of automated answering and not knowing who’s on the other end of the line! We’ve done business for so long with this office, it’s now our family insurance. 😊

Jeff has been my agent since I first moved to WV in 2020. Since then, he and his staff have been a great help with my insurance needs and have demonstrated lots of patience and courteousness in all our dealings. Most recently, Jeff helped me switch coverage for both a new car and apartment and made great efforts to ensure I understood what was covered and how to maximize my savings. The receptionist is always at the ready with any answer I need. She's helped me alot when picking out the plan of insurance I needed for my car. And state farm is just a pretty good insurance the deductible is high but normal.
