My experience was GREAT. It was good to be back. The people there are great and very helpful.

27 years with Germania, never had any reason to switch. Great rates and service. They treat you like family, not like a wallet.

Resolution of claim was slow with it taking multiple prompts. My family has maintained this insurance for several decades without a claim. It’s disappointing to be treated without priority in consideration of my family’s loyalty. Still waiting for full resolution.

Germania is the best insurance company, hands down. I have always been able to reach them over the phone, as soon as I need them. Customer service is always top notch.
