THIE

I’ve had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with THIE for car insurance. Their client backed into my vehicle and since then it has been a series of disappointing events. From delayed, differed, or even ignored communication to lacking basic knowledge and experience they falter through every step. Additionally, the employees are generally discourteous. Specifically Rosie L. and VP Angela Pacheco Gett. They’ve been dismissive, combative, and condescending while defending an appraisal that was less than 30% of the cost of the damages their client caused. Avoid this company, but more specifically these people, at all costs. I never realized how scummy a (car insurance?) company could be until I was forced to engage with THIE.

THIE is an amazing company with outstanding resources! The staff are exceptional and extremely knowledgeable! It’s a pleasure to have them as a business partner for our insurance needs!

I have used THIE in several hospitals over the past 10+ years and always find they offer great value. Tess Frazier and the rest of her team are very responsive to questions and always give the right answer. I heartily recommend THIE for all your needs and will continue to use them going forward.

I had a terrible experience with this company. An EMS company that they insured rear ended and totaled my car. It took them nearly a month to approve a rental car and another month to approve the claim. They were difficult to get a hold of and wouldn't respond to emails or voice messages.
