Gerg Insurance Agencies: Allstate Insurance

I have had Allstate Auto and Home insurance through Gerg Insurance for the last 5 or so years. Every year the rates creep up, I received a letter about discussing my policies recently. My wife called both the St Marys and Ridgway offices. No one answered or even bothered returning her call. I have worked in small local businesses my entire life, and I am really disappointed in this level of customer service. They made no effort to help me or keep my business. With this lack of effort, I am glad I never had to turn in a claim. Did some shopping with another local business and ended up saving $180 a month for the same coverage. Shop around, it is in your best interest.

Out of all the insurance agencies I've dealt with over the years Greg insurance has been by far the most reasonable and understanding agency I've come across. Perfect example of insurance wanting to take care of those they insure. Thumbs up to Gerg Allstate!

Chuck is extremely kind and helpful. He is my "go-to-man" whenever I have a question, and he always has the answers. Highly recommend!
