Eric Hager - State Farm Insurance Agent

We had a great experience at our local State Farm office with Eric, the agent, and his assistant Melissa. We recently switched our policies over to Eric’s office and stopped in to get some items sorted out with our policies and payment plan. Eric brought us right back and made signing the needed forms quick and easy, and Melissa was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process. We really appreciated how smooth and stress free they made everything and would highly recommend this office.

I came to Melissa and Eric after dealing with a mess of an insurance company, and I’m so glad I did! I walked in completely frazzled, but Melissa immediately put me at ease with her knowledge and problem-solving skills. She was able to get my husband and me an excellent deal on our homeowners insurance and two auto policies. Melissa is wonderful to work with , professional, positive, and incredibly knowledgeable about all the different insurance options. She made the process simple, stress-free, and saved us money. Highly recommend! *This was almost 3 years ago , today we just added insurance for our new atv. And again she made it SO easy to just add the insurance to our already existing policy! A+++++

The Personal support from this insurance agency is the reason I switched from my agency of 15 years. A few weeks ago, the homeowner policy on my parents home was going to lapse, and Eric went above and beyond to try and contact them. He actually DROVE to my parents house! The local agency I was previously with for 15 years couldn’t even return a phone call to me. Thank you so much, Eric!

Eric is a good guy for the most part. He is getting a little edgy though. His office manager Melissa is a pompous know it all that does not want to listen to anyone because she knows everything. Wouldn't recommend him until she would get replaced.

They explained everything to do with claims and such really well, and all the employees were very nice. Definitely a comfortable environment, and getting my policy set up was very easy.
