Gerber Life Insurance Company

I have had two life insurance policies with this company for many years now. I have always paid my premiums online through their eService option - never had a problem until last month. They said they were having "issues" - it goes deeper than that!!! Took me 40+ minutes on the phone with them (who wants to do that??!!!) to get it all straightened out - just to have it happen yet again!!! And when you call their number - the automated message actually says they are having issues with their eService online option. It isn't THAT hard to fix the problem!!!!! I will NEVER recommend this company ever again!!!! Their customer service people don't even know HOW to help either!!!!

Do not buy this insurance!! They are terrible and dishonest. I called to cancel the policy, and this guy kept me on the phone forever trying to sell me other plans. When , I told him I would need to see the information in writing, he proceeded to tell me it was only good for that day. When I said I still wanted to cancel, he gave me a new number. The lady said, no such policy existed. But I had been corresponding with them for the past couples about the policy for my daughter who is now 24. I had been making payments since she was a baby.

They were located in 1311 Mamaroneck Ave for many years and are now just moved officially to 44 South Broadway 8th floor, White Plains, NY 10601. They were a pleasure to work with every day. We will miss them here.

Total crap not sure why anyone would give them money. I called over a year ago to cash out nothing but run around. Now there is no money left as they used the money in the account to pay monthly premiums.

What the hell is this? Your ads take over my phone and I am sure many more. Look at the way your adds takes over my screen pisses me off and who the hell would even look into your insurance if you interrupt the daily lifestyle of many that they pay for! Explain that add on my screen.
