A few weeks ago when it was freezing outside, my pipes broke and had water pouring down the ceiling downstairs. I was so devastated. I called my home insurance company and they told me to call a plumber right away which I did and sent out their adjuster Richard Wowk from Gerald Williams Company. He was amazing! Did a thorough check and evaluation of the house and understood that being a first time buyer, I had a ton of questions in regards to this whole process. He even sat down with me and helped me write a check list of things I needed to get done, how I can make small improvements throughout the house to prevent this from happening again. He stayed in contact with me to see if I'm making progress while he moved quickly to ensure he finished his report to send back to my insurance compan

Don't expect any impartiality whatsoever if this is who your insurance company sends. If you like being strung along for 2-3 months, bias, and basically no shot in receiving a claim from your insurance company after 15 years of coverage and never having filed a claim then hey, this is who you want showing up for an insurance adjustment.

Have been waiting for a call back from Mark S for a claim that was put in back in July. It is now December with no return call. I've been calling periodically since then you think by now they would have someone call me back.

Homeowners beware make sure you have representation there when the insurance company sends Gerald Williams and Jack McDermott on their behalf on your claim very very biased.

Be sure to get representation when your insurance company retains this operation. Inept, partial and biased.
