Just so you know the type of customer service you’re dealing with if you’re looking for insurance…I called yesterday about a minute before 430. A lady answered and I told her that I received a quote online and was looking to process it. She said “we close, literally, in like, one minute. But I can have someone call you tomorrow morning.” I gave my information and never received a call back. It’s service like this that makes me appreciate the business person who will stay late to serve others and earn my business. Customer service is becoming too mediocre and people deserve better.

This place is terrible! Had them for several years and they continue to get worse every year with their rates. I added a 10 year old vehicle with a teenage driver and my insurance went up $500. They’re at least 20-30% higher than their competitors. They don’t provide as many discounts as their competitors and their customer service is a joke. Take my advice and use someone else.

I'm only sharing my doing business with them. Idky my phone is suggesting that I have been there recently. I have not. In dealing with this company, I have found it to be a great organization with great customer service. However, the rate climbed with no warning or explanation. Every month brought anxiety in preparation for the sticker shock. Not knowing what would appear after the make payment click. I have talked with several people who say the same, but with different companies. It appears to be just a pass the buck insurance thing. As if they don't already receive a premium. Prices just increase if someone has an accident in your area. Whether you knew about it or not. It's still passed on. Gone are the days of safe driver decreases. Doesn't matter. A nickel here, a dime there.

The worst customer service I have experienced. Never returned calls and refused to cover my one claim in 9 years. Gave poor follow up information and sent me on a run around for my refund. I cancelled the policy as soon as possible and will never use them again.

I was not impressed with this insurance company at all.. They wanted $427 down and $269 a month. They also charge you $35 dollars a year to have their insurance. Nope, no way,no how..
