Georgia Farm Bureau

The staff there are super racist. We came there to get a quote and the front desk person was very rude, then they kept us waiting to get a simple quote, the guy that was "helping" us said he would go and take pictures of the house to give us our quote and would call us the next day. Never called us. I will contact their headquarters because no one should get treated like this. The good thing is that we found a very good quote with State Farm. They know how to treat their customers.

As far as most insurance companies go, ths is a local office that has very good service. On occasions it may take a while to get in to see your agent. But the ladies at the front desk make the time spent waiting at least somewhat bearable.

Have all my loans and life insurance with farm bureau whitfield and always had great service. Will be a lifetime customer for sure. Would recommend to anyone

I have my life insurance and vehicle insurance through farm bureau. I love my agent and the ease of making all my payments online or automatic withdrawal.

I've had home insurance with them for over twenty years and have never encountered a problem. That is worth it's weight in gold now days. 👍👍
