Direct Auto Insurance

I had Direct Auto for less than a year. They started out not so bad, so long as I didn't have any issues that needed to be addressed. My problems started when I needed a tow, I wanted to stay with my vehicle and understood that it would probably take a while, I was quoted a 2hr wait time, after the 2hrs had elapsed, I contacted the vendor who told me that he was about 1-2 hours away from my location assisting someone else and it would be another 2hrs (at least) before he would be able to help me. I contacted the company and told them that this was unacceptable and requested someone with faster service as I was waiting with the vehicle and did not want to leave it. They actually obliged, however, the new vendor advised that he would not be able to pick up the vehicle until the next day

Miss Guadalupe Hernandez was very helpful. She did a very good job. She had all information that I needed. She helped me get everything I need to get my insurance. She was pleasure to work with. It would be a pleasure to work with her again
