My agent Elizabeth has a wonderful personally. I have met her in person and spoke with her on the phone. She is always willing to help you find the best deals with your insurance. She even called well after hours to give us a estimate. Great place great people!

Georgia Farm Bureau in Cartersville must be the worst insurance company in the entire state! I called for a car insurance quote on Friday morning and gave all my info and she said they would call me back by afternoon. Well, they didn't! I called them on Monday and she asked me a couple more questions and said they would call me. Well, they didn't! I called back today which is Tuesday and asked why they didn't return my call and she said an agent had to go to the doctor. So I said what about a quote? She gave me the most outrageous quote I have ever heard! It was more than twice what I pay now! I told her I believe they didn't really want to insure me for some reason, although I don't have any wrecks or tickets. I called the headquarters in Macon and they said they would check on this.

Been a customer over 20 years , called in regard to an insurance payment from my mortgage company. Got very little help from customer service. Pretty much had to resolve it myself. Didn't use to be that way.
