Scheduled a consultation to consolidate my various Insurance policies - Multiple Homeowners, 5 Auto Policies, Several Business policies, and Umbrella. Consultation was fine and was told they would be evaluate the situation that afternoon and be in touch within a couple days. Weeks pass - no update, no communication. After leaving voicemails and emails and weeks of waiting under the assumption they were actually working on my situation they sent the following curt response: "I appoligize for not gettring back to you soon. Brannon and I look at each policy and ran everything in our system and was unable to be the current rate you have." It took 4 weeks for that response? Where's the customer service?
