This company is a complete disappointment when it comes to customer service and support. I was with them for a couple of years and things were fine at first. But once their agency changed and new agents took over, everything went downhill fast. James is very rude! I had a commercial insurance policy through them, and getting help became nearly impossible. Phone calls were ignored, emails went unanswered, and when I finally did reach someone, they either didn’t know what they were talking about or couldn’t provide real answers. I started my insurance process, condo and car over 30 years ago with the Geoffrey Karlen Agency for Nationwide insurance. The office I have worked with is the Frederick location on Thomas Johnson Drive, and the person who handles all my insurance needs is Mary Wright, who I have been working with for over 30 years as well. If there are any questions or concerns I have, I know to just send Mary an email and she is answering my question and supplying me information quickly with regard to any of my insurances. She always makes sure I am getting the most "bang for my buck" when it comes to the cost for my insurances.
