Wow. I've been trying to claim a death benefit for a bene for 3 months. Multiple letters and completed forms only result in form letters asking for the same forms again. I guess they have to eventually forward the $ to the state. Filed claim with decedent's state today.
Unable to reach my insurance agent and my inquiries to corporate contacts have gone unanswered. What a way to run a business.
