Our office provides the highest service around. Christopher, I’m sorry you had a bad experience as a car dealer/third party, but we cannot add automobiles to policies without our insured’s consent. We’d always be more than accommodating if our insured called directly to authorize. If any other office is doing this for you, technically, it’s illegal. Privacy act.

Dealt with Cathy to assist in getting insurance for a mutual customer. Extremely rude, not helpful and didn’t provide me what was needed even after politely asking for what we needed. If I were the owner, out she goes.
