General Plus Insurance

Worst insurance experience ever - EVER! I have had continuous auto insurance for 40+ years, and figured I would shop around and give this place a try. Received a decent rate quote. I was suspicious of the integrity of this place after agent (Lisa Rose) kept asking for the same info repeatedly. I responded to every request very quickly. Then - I found out this past weekend the agent "made a mistake" (actually a series of them) and my insurance was cancelled!!!! Instead of accepting responsibility, Ms. Rose starts screaming at me in the phone and blaming me. So - I am in process of reporting to NM Insurance commission, among others. You have been warned! Avoid this place like the plague. Note: My new agent quoted me 15% lower rate, for better coverage - with the same carrier!
