Silvia Ramos: Allstate Insurance

Sylvia and her staff are so helpful and we appreciate their guiding us to the best Allstate policies for us.

I switched over to Allstate from Progressive in hopes of better customer service. I had a home owners insurance charge from before we moved into the house and was told they were going to try to back pay it. And then with no warning at all, after I thought they were taking care of it, they sent it to collections. I would have paid it had I know they weren’t able to do what they said they’d attempt. :( And then I called and talked to Amanda over a week ago who promised to call me back the next day and still haven’t heard from them. Apparently the office is closed today, but this whole thing makes me with I wouldn’t have went with Allstate and will be canceling asap.

We recently moved to the area and got the help we needed with excellent service from Silvia's office. Janessa did a fantastic job navigating all our insurance issues after our move. Thank you very much.
