Gary Laglia - State Farm Insurance Agent

I used this agency years ago. 1st i called and took my 2 daughters off as driver's and a year later saw i was still being charged for them. Called the office but after months of no changes i had to call the corporate office and finally received a refund. I had this agent since i was 18 and in my 50's had 2 claims totaling $3000. None previously. I was canceled by them. I called them very upset and was told they would keep me but double my deductable. I said no cancel and was very happy ever since with new company

they go over the limits to make me happy and pleased. A great staff who offer you all their time patiently, wiling with the best results, for me that is the definition of excellent customer service. walking to Gary Laglia’s office is like meeting one side of your family. From one happy cliente!

Totally ridiculous. Today is 4/6/18! I called the to ask if they can send a copy of my CURRENT home owners policy. What I received was the new policy, effective date of 4/17/18. I simply need a e-copy of my CURRENT policy. I was told they do NOT have have access and would need to request from corporate. I need this doc TODAY. Not in a week. How can you not have access to a CURRENT policy that's in effect. After 15+ years with State Farm, I'm totally over it. Will be changing ASAP.

I really love this office, the ladies are so nice & the fact that Steph speaks Spanish helps a lot!! They are so quick in whatever you ask for!! Christine!
