Coby Meyers is one of the guys that I was talking with while making a claim, super nice guy, respectful and kind. This guy deserves the world I hope y'all treat him well the same way he treated me.
I called the office today morning. However, the agent who refused to tell me his name was so rude. He yelled at me, saying I am wasting his time without even giving me a chance to tell him why am I calling. He left the phone and when I told him I will report to the main office about this conversation, he hanged up. The call wasn’t exceed one minute but he was rude and disrespectful enough to ruin my entire day. As soon as I found a good deal with a different company, I will be done with Farm Family.
