Gary Garrett State Farm and his employees are top notch! Logan Moore was very respectful and helpful when helping me file my claim and getting my repairs done in a timely manner. Can not beat the customer service I have received from this State Farm Agency

This office is fantastic. On several occasions their amazing customer service got me out of a pinch. One time in Canada, a car rental company refused me a rental until I showed them a specific form from State Farm proving coverage in Canada. I was running very late to an important event. So I made a call to Gary Garrett's office and explained the situation. Moments later they emailed me the specific form with my name, policy number and other information on it. There were a number of occasions like that where they were extremely quick and responsive...and always so nice and friendly. I'm really glad I went with them for auto and renter's insurance during my time in Athens, GA.

I have never been disappointed in any of my dealings with Gary Garrett State Farm. They have handled all of my requests for service in a professional and courteous manner. Gary and his staff go above and beyond to make sure that I'm saving the most amount of money on my policies and that I'm properly covered. Basically, I had no idea what I needed when it came to car insurance. I didn’t know what I wanted or needed. All I knew is that I needed car insurance, and that’s exactly what I said when I walked into this office. Someone from the front desk greeted me and said someone would help me shortly. When I first got my insurance from progressive, it was terrible and super expensive. Then I began to look for another one to switch. Then I found this one, Gary Garrett statefarm insurance. The price of the premium insurance for my car is more than half lower than the progressive. And the service here is excellent. I would highly recommend this place to my friends.
