Customer of almost twenty years. I would assume an agent should keep my best interest their priority. My insurance went from around $300 to over $600 last year. I reached out to them more than once asking for help or clarification with no response. I don't know why but I waited about six months and then I tried again and they told me that last year is nationwide double their prices and we need to switch to progressive. Very disappointed in Michelle and Kelly. As well as now after THEY switched us to progressive, we get a bill from nationwide for almost $700. This place used to take care of us.. maybe a Google review will get your attention because voicemail and messages do not!!
