called for a quote got hung up on when i refused to give out my pet information. When i called back to waste my time to at least give this agency a chance they refused to help do not use this insurance agency at all. they want to pry too much into your personal life. They want to know how many pets types. They claim if you own a pet even if its not in state its a liability even if insurance wouldnt be covering and insurance is provided by someone other company. I refused to explain any of this cause its none of their business. They want to know personal information of other people in the home just for home insurance. Information that unless your actually going to insure someone you dont need to know. I am not going to give a dependents ssn just for quote

I honestly would give a 0 if I could, Hard working Iowans need to stay away from this place .
