Called couple of times to get a quote for my business; they never answer so I left a voicemail, they didn’t call back until I left a voicemail saying that I’ve called a couple of times and will take my business elsewhere if I don’t hear back today. I get a callback, the agent on the other line was unprofessional and had an attitude and clearly isn’t interested in selling policies.

The bad: getting a hold of someone is hard. I had a named agent when I signed up but any subsequent questions they just direct to a generic email address. You can't setup a time to discuss things with an agent on the phone, but they are just broad 2 or 3 hour time slots where they will call you, which is something that should be easily enhanced. In addition, when I have tried to call them to assist they've transferred me to the carrier rather than someone internal at their office which makes me question the purpose of them as an agent. The good: they are a tick abov the online only folks and have ok rates
