Horrible customer service. There was an accident that happened on Feb 11th 2021 with my car parked. They still have not spoken to the driver of the plow vehicle. They have no compassion and seem to find humor in situations. Favorite lines are "Two weeks is not a long time", You can go through your insurance company", " I don't deal with your case on a daily basis". They don't return phone calls and I have to track them down to get any kind of update. I am still waiting to see who is at fault for my car getting hit while being parked.
