When it comes to customer service, Dimitri has to be one of the BEST out there! He's so patient and understanding. His attention to detail and follow up are a life saver (and who are we kidding $$ saver too). Our insurance was up for renewal and if you have insurance in CA you've probably received a notice of increase or even non-renewal? Maybe even a new policy requirement? My mom did!
