I dont think these people represents a law firm. Its been a month they created the claim number and the adjuster but nobody answers to call, voicemail emails… It just looks like scam.

Good luck ever getting a response from this company. They have the absolute worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. I lost my approved Dr in August of 2024. It is now April of 2025 and still no response as to when I can get approved to see a new Dr. My Adjuster doesn't answer emails, voice mails or ever respond to either. I've spoken with his corporate office almost weekly since starting this process. They give me the exact same answer every single time, they'll have a supervisor call me within 48 hours..... so far those 48 hours have never came... it's only been 9 months so far. I don't it'll happen within the next 9 months. Unfortunately for my claim.. it started in 2006 so I'm not able to find a lawyer to sure them for negligence.

It was a very traumatic experience. My hand got broken at work and I was approved by my company to send me to get treatment. I was given a card to give from this company. I wasn’t able to reach my adjuster for almost two weeks and they refused to transfer me to a new one to help me sort out my hand. They aren’t consistent in paying out funds. Leaving you hanging for multiple pay periods. It adds up as another reason why there is homelessness because of companies like this. It’s been a completely demoralizing experience to say the least. It led me to seek an attorney but they fight at every interval to make your time awful despite being paid for a service.

I had a very negative experience here. The way I was treated was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. Customers deserve respect. It’s my money

I have a torn muscle i've been in pain for THREE YEARS have this company help? OF COURSE NOT!!! They get paid to literally ignore people, where do I apply lol??
