I dealt with this company regarding a property damage claim against one of their corporate clients (a tire center). They market themselves as a neutral third-party investigator, but the process is designed to ensure the customer never wins. Despite physical evidence showing the damage was caused by mounting machinery (and not driver error), they denied the claim because grainy CCTV footage didn't capture the specific millisecond the scratch occurred. They set an impossible standard of "hard evidence." I was told over the phone that they must have hard proof to side with the customer. But their only methods of obtaining hard proof were the word of employees there and CCTV footage. I'm sure you can imagine that employees confidently proclaimed they did nothing wrong. Gallagher constantly works against you getting your needs met. I was injured at work and was assigned physical therapy. I was only able to get two sessions in with my physical therapist before my adjuster, Caylee Hunt went silent. She will not answer ANY calls or emails from both my physical therapist's office as well as me. Because of this, I cannot get the treatment I need. If you do have the option of choosing Ghallagher for an insurance option, avoid it at any cost, and choose another company. Unfortunately I had no choice in choosing them. If you are assigned Caylee Hunt, do whatever you can to change your adjuster. Terrible customer service, 0/10 stars.

They literally never answer or do their jobs. Had an open case with them since February/March and it's now mid june and they haven't spoken to me even once! I leave emails, voicemails, call... Yet nothing. Do they even exist? I feel like it's a fake.

Do not answer phones or emails. Do not answer on behalf of their clients. I would not do business with them.
