Beth Budreck - State Farm Insurance Agent

As a loyal customer of Beth's for my whole driving time I am beyond dissatisfied with the service that state farm provides. I have paid a premium to receive what I thought to be excellent service for the past 25 years. Never made a claim due to an accident and the first time I need to it is a hellish nightmare. The car is complete yet there is an airbag sensor that is on nationwide back order for 2 months and state farm would rather me drive the car without the airbags being able to deploy if there is an accident, than help with the rental and leaving me without a car. Mind you I also have life insurance policies for myself and my 8 and 10 year old's through state farm and if we were to drive without the airbags and something were to happen it could be far worse financially for them. Been doing business with Beth as my insurance agent for over 25 years. Not to sound corny but she puts the neighborly in the State Farm 'like a good neighbor...' slogan. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Highly recommended.

They are absolutely the best. I been with her for over 30yrs. Would still be if I hadn't moved out of state. They really make you feel like family at her office.
