I have been working with Cypress Insurance for years and they have always been helpful and kept all my premiums to a minimum. They are always available to help and their staff is always so knowledgeable and accommodating, especially Ryan. I would recommend Cypress Insurance Group to anyone 10/10!!!!

Cypress homeowners coverage, deductibles and premiums are all very competitive with other carriers. I had no issues with Cypress until I filed a claim for Hail Damage. The claim was submitted 27July22, since then I've had one inspector come to document the damage and he promised we would get a report soon. It's now 19Sep22 and I have yet to see a report. Working with my local agent I learned that Cypress is re-examining Texas claims because of suspected fraud. I was told 2 weeks ago Cypress was going to schedule another inspection, maybe they don't trust their own inspectors. Still waiting for the second inspection and absolutely no communication from Cypress, the only information I get is from the agent who sold me the policy.

The People we work with at Cypress are Great. Our Request for Certificate of Insurance are provided very quickly. Steve is very good at calling me back when I have a insurance related question. He is also very helpful in getting us the answers related to insurance requirements made by Contractors and Business. Great to have them as our Agent.

Cypress Insurance is the best! They make sure you understand what you're really purchasing when it comes to insurance coverage and that you're getting the best coverage for your money. The customer service is great, they're always available or will call back in a few minutes and even follow up with an email if necessary. I would recommend them to everyone!
