Avoid at all costs. Avoid Allison Dottin. The process of getting my policy was rather strange. Every other day she sent me a new and more expensive quote because of this or that. Took weeks to just get a quote that I can sign and pay, normally a simple process with all other carriers I’ve had. Then I signed and paid my policy in full. They asked me for proof of prior insurance weeks later when I was out of the country. I provided it as soon as I was able to and they billed me hundred of dollars more. They would not explain what the bill was for, or answer phone or email. I am truly appalled at the level of service, honestly a total scam. Save yourself the time and worry and just use a legit insurance company instead like geico of these people

I was shopping around for insurance because we were closing on a house and needed to get homeowners insurance. While doing that, I wanted to bundle my auto insurance and add umbrella insurance. We have a somewhat complicated situation, needing to cover 4 adult drivers and 3 cars.
