Before I connect with Ivone at Eagle Trust, I started on google map and called at least 10 insurance agents in Cambridge MA. I was surprised that many do not like to answer questions but just like to sell. I may never forgot this agent who said: "I do not think you want to buy but you just want information. preparing a quote takes a lot of time". Ivone, got the phone, explained everything to me, we did quick back and forth emails and she got me the quote in a single day; I was still waiting for quotes from others after a week. Unfortunately, my plan to keep the house changed. I offered Ivone to allow me to pay for her quote and great work but she did not accept. She even thanked me and liked to know if I may reach out again for a future need. She is absolutely an incredible and knowledgea

I have recently had the pleasure of working with Carl and Alda for my own as well as both of my kids insurance policies. The process from Eagle Insurance was nothing less than effortless.
