Melissa was recommended to me by a friend, who I trust. Since I’m new to Medicare, I wanted to make sure that I made the right decision for my supplement. When I reached out, Melissa was not available but her team member, Kelly was. We set an appointment and I met with her. Nancy has been extremely rude more than once. She seem to think the customers are supposed to conform for her ease. I “accidentally” called her too early one day and she left me a message chewing me out. Today was even worse. Her phone system was not working. After five rings it would just hang up . Nancy chewed me out for calling five times and not leaving a message. I was never given the opportunity to leave a message. She proceeded to scold me. About how busy she was with clients. I said “good then you sure don’t need me.” I’m getting a new agent today.

Melissa Mlasko is a true professional. She loves what she does and loves the people she does it for. She knows how to compare different policies and make sure that you are getting something for your premium. She digs deep to get the benefits that people have paid for possibly for years that other agents would let go unnoticed.
