Terrible agent service. Never checks for changes or updates. Does not return call to another agent request as I try to switch agencies. We have numerous changes going on and nothing has been reviewed.
When I sent my insurance information to receive a quote, I didn't expect such a prompt reply. Not only that, but the quotes I received were several hundred dollars less than I was paying before! Being able to e-sign the applications and having Full Service Insurance help set up monthly EFT payments made the entire process easy and seamless. I am satisfied and happy with the professional way they handled my Auto and Home insurance. They even quoted a 1 million dollar Personal Umbrella policy and still saved me money!!
Very poor customer service. The agent Martha refused to provide a quote after providing extensive information.
Excellent Service. Great Person to Person Personal Care. Super People For Sure.
