Ben Martinsen - State Farm Insurance Agent

In June 2025 My home suffered a lightning strike. This resulted in approximately $10,000 in damages. I was ultimately reimbursed less than 1/2 of my expenses. I was given a procedure to follow, which i followed to the T. Uploaded images, receipts, coordinating with State Farm inspection. A claim adjuster who stated they did not understand electrical work made determination on my reimbursement. The claim adjuster was hostile, offensive, and demeaning throughout the process. A request to speak with a supervisor was denied. In short I recommend avoiding this service at all costs.

I have a couple of friends that had the same situation (lower unit), around the same time, with a different well known Insurance Company and it took weeks for them to get it resolved...
