Where do I even begin...called FSU at lunchtime on Monday as a last ditch effort to get JUA worker's compensation insurance after being given a major run around for over a week by another local agent and being made to think I was uninsurable in the private marketplace. Sean Richardson picked up my call and immediately said "we aren't going to talk about JUA" and reassured me he had some options he could explore for our needs.
