I contacted SF because the auto insurance I had had for over 45 years had priced me out of the market. I was pleased with the service I received from Jennifer. She did not use high pressure tactics... just the facts. She walked me through the process and when I decided I wanted to switch, she was on the phone with me to help change from my former carrier. I will save about 40% as compared with the insurance I had.

Had great customer service when Alex was working here, had several policies, after he left all downhill. Numerous attempts to get information regarding existing policies, delayed or poor communication by agent and staff, repeated attempts to clarify and change policies dragged on for months. After several years with this agent, I finally changed agents and reported this terrible customer service to corporate State Farm.

Ian at my local state farm office is responsive and follows up with my needs immediately. I appreciate the State Farm brand and national service on all matters concerning auto coverage. I have nothing but kind words to say on how I have been treated since leaving USAA.
