If you are considering purchasing homeowners insurance with Frontline please "Buyer BeWare". We have been insured by Frontline for over 5 years, reached the disappearing deductible threshold, never filed a claim, and this year the premium was increased 62 percent. We built our home 15 years ago, meets or exceeds all hurricane codes as evidenced by the previous discounts Frontline provided and replaced our perfectly good operating water heaters per their request this year. Subsequently, we get our renewal notice with an over 62 percent premium increase. Explanations from our agent include Frontline just wants higher premiums similar to other insurers or they probably no longer want to insure a 15 year old house. Whatever is correct, just know Frontline won't be your insurer for lif

They gave us a competitive quote compared to other options found by my broker (who has been fantastic), we checked them out, decided to proceed with an inspection and payment before expiration on our existing policy. All seemed well, they started the policy, cashed the check, then 3 months after the inspection, they notify me of the results, two minor braided connector pipes to a toilet and hot water faucet of the bathroom sink showed minor corrosion and needed to be replaced within one month or the underwriter would take 'action' with could include cancelling my policy. I did the repair withing 3 days. Sent the required photographic and purchase receipt. Then nothing. Contacted my broker, he tried to follow up with Frontline. Their response was they will respond within 30 days. Issue is t

BUYER BEWARE!!! FRONTLINE INSURANCE! To all people who reside in Florida and have Frontline Insurance as your homeowners insurance carrier, I urge you to heed this warning. You think you are well protected? YOU ARE NOT! Take it from me, this is by far, the WORST insurance company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We had a minor claim back in early December - a toilet malfunctioned and we did not catch the leak in time. The water and minor flooding from the toilet ruined the carpet in 2 rooms some sheet rock, some flooring tile etc. . . a minor claim. After putting us through absolute hell for 2 MONTHS, going back and forth with calls and inspections, trying every possible way to weasel out of paying and asking for everything but my 8th grade report card, guess how mu

⭐ Frontline Insurance Review (Bad Faith Handling & Serious Delays) ⭐ 1-Star Review I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with Frontline Insurance has been so unacceptable that I feel other homeowners deserve to know what they are walking into. From day one, my claim has been handled with constant delays, zero communication, and now even inappropriate accusations. My water loss occurred in August 2025, and Frontline still has not made a proper decision — well past Florida’s 90-day requirement. Every update I’ve gotten has been because I reached out, never because they communicated proactively. The adjusters and representatives consistently blamed delays on engineering reports, but the engineer was available early on and the delay came entirely from Frontline. Then during a r

Frontline canceled my homeowners policy after requiring a secondary inspection by a third-party vendor who was only available during weekday business hours. There was no flexibility offered, which makes it difficult for working homeowners to comply. More concerning, I was never clearly informed that failure to complete this secondary inspection would result in full policy cancellation. The severity of the situation was never properly communicated. Had I known cancellation was imminent, I would have made arrangements immediately. Instead, I was left scrambling to secure new coverage in an already unstable Florida insurance market. This experience felt less like risk management and more like a lack of transparency and customer consideration. I expected better communication and flexibility
