I was in the process of selling my house. I needed the insurance for a matter of 2 weeks. Robert specifically knew this. He said I would pay & whatever time period was not used, I would receive a refund. I had to pay $720 deposit. Well on 10/22 I closed on the house. Now when I asked him for my refund, he said there is a minimum earned on the policy & would receive nothing back. If he told me this, I never would have renewed. Wasted $720 for a few weeks. Terrible customer service.

i got a quotation of a 2,100 for a fire insurance for my home at royale insurance a i have to wait 45 minutes to be attended .A co- worker recommended Robert at Frontier insurance and he got me the same coverage for my home for 1,350 and i only waited 5 minutes to be attended ,this gentleman don't make business he cultivate them .I recommended this place if you really want to save time and'' MONEY''

Excellent service - worked hard to get me the lowest rate possible for my insurance.

Very poor customer service. I am just happy to no longer be a customer. I would not recommend to anyone.
