Jay was very helpful in assisting me find a policy with good rates to add my young driver. The whole process was fast and he provided great customer service.

Her customer service is top tier. On top of everything and very attentive. Don't hesitate to reach out and ask for her. Jay was very helpful with getting us an insurance policy while trying to find us the best price! He was very patient, I first called around 7am and then made my decision to go with him around 4pm with a few messages in between with questions. 10/10 broker!

Burak was incredibly helpful. Bianca was very quick with her service however I had to ask 3x for a copy of my insurance card & was disregarded all 3x until a rep finally sent over a copy. They process requests very quickly when it regards making sales but their service afterwards is crap.
