GUS was amazing, I am a senior citizen, very limited in this new age of computers he took time to walk me through the entire process with kindness and patience I literally had to find information needed to complete my application I felt he was sincerely concerned I must say he went beyond his Job description and by the way I’m a Old black woman What most would have just pretended to just get accidentally hang up on . I must say that was truly wonderful Considering all the unkind treatment We experience every day .
