Quoted me one price, charged me more, called to ask why they couldn't tell me, said he would call back. Next month charged more upon calling they needed additional documents I was told. Well that's why I called last month. Upon receiving additional documents will my account be credited the amount I was overcharged? No. What a scam people can barely pay bills let alone additional costs.
