This is the worst place I've ever dealt with for insurance. We had filed a claim three weeks ago and haven't heard anything. Nobody will answer the phone or call back. We were told to take our car to a shop and they would handle it from there. Absolutely nothing has been said or done since then. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere
