We changed from what we thought was a reputable insurance company. Thomas, at Alfa saved my family so much money on our home and auto. He is responsive to your questions and even answers his cell phone on the first call. Thomas was my agent when he was in Arab. He knew our family and our needs. We purchased a farm and quoted our homeowners thinking he couldn’t touch who we had for the last 15 years. Not only did he beat them, but increased our coverages and saved us nearly $1800 a year on home and auto. Knowing us and that some things had changed in our life he suggested some changes to our policy to once again save us more money. Our biggest fear was “what happens if we have a claim?”.
