Fredrick Hage: Allstate Insurance

I had a simple rock chip on my windshield. Called and talked with Crystal (sp). She created a work order and sent me off to Safelight Auto Glass. All in all a very pleasant experience! When I left Safelight Auto Glass my larger window chip was repaired and reduced to the size of a small speck on my windshield! I’m pretty happy! Thank you!!

Ann is the Absolute BEST!! I have been an Allstate Customer forever and she checks in, listens wholeheartedly to all of my various vehicle concerns and personal life matters because she CARES! Love them to pieces! 😃

Have been very happy with communication and overall service, as a young person still finding my way with car insurance I highly apricate this team! When I had questions about my policy when I first started with them, they sat down with me in person and explained how everything works. Crystal is AMAZING and so so helpful!!!!

I’ve been with Allstate since 2015 and with Fredrick Hage’s branch since 2021. I’ve always felt like I could rely on Allstate, and they really proved that when my car was caught in a fire in 2022. The claim process was easy, and the support team was great to work with. When it looked like I might be without a car for a bit because of a coverage gap, they helped bridge that gap out so I wasn’t left stranded. I am thankful for Allstate, and for Fredrick Hage always checking in every few months to see if I need anything.

Save yourself the trouble of coming here. Crystal is WONDERFUL at excuses. She will blame corporate or "having an appointment" and hang up on you because taking accountability is not their forefront. Fred obviously taught her well. Skip this place entirely for your mental wellbeing. *edit to add* do believe I'm the only one sorry for ever giving your company any time let alone money. I'll be filling that claim still too to get my money back for having my car almost repoed due to Crystal's ignorance and your inability to give a damn.
